Dave McClane is an award-winning photographer and travel writer based in Leeds, UK.

Since first picking up a camera on a yearlong journey through Central and South America in 2014, he has carefully documented his travels through over 50 countries using his camera as a visual notebook, capturing snippets of time, documenting people and conversations, and stealing momentary meetings.

I believe that travel has transformative, magical powers. The places we visit have the potential to alter who we are and the experiences I have had while travelling, both good and bad, are the ones that have had the greatest effect on me.
